This enables one of our trained technicians to assess or address issues you may have,
hopefully without the need to bring your computer into the workshop for repair.
Remote support is available to everyone and costs £20 for a 15 minute session.

Transport unavailable or inconvenient to bring your computer into us?
We provide a call-out service for home users within a 10 mile radius. This service is charged at £50 for the callout including the first hour on site. Any subsequent hours on site charged at £35 per hour. In the event that the computer is unable to be repaired onsite, it will be taken back to our shop and returned to you under the £50 callout charge. (Any components and parts required are chargeable).

Repairs, spares & upgrades to IT equipment with
practically all major manufacturers covered along with
most unbranded equipment. -
Equipment is booked onto our database. After an
inspection/assessment we call you to explain the fault
together with an estimate for repair. -
We work to a 1-2 day turnaround. This is not a
guaranteed fix, but your device will go straight to the
front if the queue and be the next on the bench.
